ToBeWell at Work: “Posture & Movement”

Small group session, Fiveways, Brighton

Struggling with tension, back pain, or discomfort?

Poor posture and lack of movement, especially when working on digital devices, is often the root cause—particularly with long hours spent at home in less-than-ideal setups.

To help, I’m offering a 120-minute small group workshop (up to 4 people) focused on improving your work habits.

This workshop will offer ways to:
Improve your posture for desk work and laptop use—even on a sofa
Practise simple exercises to relieve tension -even in small spaces
Add movement to your work day, to reduce pain, prevent strain and improve focus

You’ll walk away with practical tools and techniques to help you feel more balanced, comfortable and focused in both body and mind.

Small changes can make a big difference!

  • “I worked with Elke for four years on a workshop series called 'Workspace and the Human Body’ as part of an annual summer school at the Royal College Of Art on workplace design for international Masters students. Elke led each session with energy and flair, taking the group through practical exercises that revealed the toll on the body of sedentary office life. Elke combines in-depth knowledge with strong communication skills and she received much positive feedback.”
